Fave nail polish for summer

L.A. Girl FLARE is my absolute favorite summer nail polish, they have such fun and bright colors, the one you'll find me wearing is Tropical NL 57. Its a mixture of aqua and turquoise. You can buy them at your local Forever 21 or Urban Outfitters. I know that Forever 21 sells them for $2.80. They always put a larger price at Urban so I would try Forever!

Indian style

I love the Indian feel of this little collage. This male has a great style. Needs to be a magazine ad. His light khakis are worn right with a brown belt, and I love the necklace. The vest is complimentary to the pants and if he were to wear a shirt just a simple white, black, or a light brown t.

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim

So I found out some good news, I will be working with Lottie (last blog) in the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim addition. Its going to be me and a few other makeup artists.
I'm not 100% sure what designer I will be assigned working with, all I know is that the designers for this years show are phenomenal. The shows are on July 16th through July 19th at the Raleigh Hotel in Miami. I will be getting products by Make Up For Ever and I am super excited about that.

Lottie/ Lotstar

Lottie is an amazing makeup artist out in NYC. I've always noticed her work around the internet, I've even noticed her work in ads. Shes truly inspiring to me. The best part is, I might be working with her for Miami Fashion Week coming up in July! I got a hold of her and she referred me to a lady from Make Up For Ever in New York. I emailed them my resume and my makeup site. To work a show with Make Up For Ever, and have Lottie be the key artist to guide us is going to be phenomenal. Lotties worked on many projects and even worked shoots for Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire, Harper's Bizaar, and many more amazing magazines. Shes even worked for Zink magazine many times. model mayhem

Most people in the modeling industry know what a model mayhem is. Its a website that helps people in the modeling field network with one another. Its a profile that shows your work and helps you book other jobs through it. Whether you are a model, photographer, makeup artist, hair stylist, clothing designer etc. I haven't used it much recently, but I realize its awesome purpose and will start using it again. Its an amazing network site if you are in this field such as I am. These are my top favorite 10 photos.

Love his style

There is nothing better than a guy with awesome style. My favorite are designer belts, such as the young man in the photo wearing a Caballi belt. Anything plain with a designer belt looks nice. I love his outfit and hair style.I do feel that his accessories are appropriate and he wears it without looking feminine. I want to see more guys out there dress their clothes more up rather than baseball shorts and t-shirts.

Photoshoot

So I worked another photo shoot in Miami yesterday. The shoot was for the girls that go to the Art Institute and they had an assignment which required high fashion. The story to the photos are a love story. The female had red lips and a soft cat eye with MAC 7 lashes. The male had concealer and foundation. I wont be getting the pictures till a few days, but I took a quick snap on my phone.

The photographer, Ian Witlen is taking the picture of the male taking a photo of his "girlfriend", the girls worked out a few other looks and different shots. Stay posted for more pictures!
