At home oily/dry face creams

For Oily skin

You will need:
Oatmeal
Egg white

Procedure:
Mix the egg white with oatmeal enough to make a creamy paste. Mix and apply to oily face and neck areas. Leave the mixture for 20 minutes and wash it out with water. Do this as often as needed.

For Dry skin

You will need:
Egg yolk
Olive oil
Lemon juice

Procedure:
Use egg yolk, olive oil and lemon juice by mixing all these ingredients together to make a creamy paste. Mix well and apply it on dry neck and face areas. Leave the mixture for 10 minutes and wash with water. Repeat this as often as needed.

Fall

So summer is unfortunately ending..but lets admit it.. we miss wearing Fall clothes! Tights are exceptionally hot this fall. Any of the looks whether they have holes on them or even sequence.
Leather Leather Leather jackets and boots! I love Fall and the attire !

Nail polish: Every fashion gal knows dark colors are always in. OPI's Linkin Park After Dark is my absolutely favorite. If you don't feel like spending $7 on an OPI nail polish, Wicked by Essie is the exact same color. Browns, blacks, dark purples, dark reds.. IN IN IN.

Taking Woodstock

I love my Marc Jacobs Daisy perfume. I'm almost done with my second bottle and I just can't seem to let go of this scent. Any other light perfume suggestions?
A newer fragrance came out not long ago called Daisy Bloom.. anyone like that scent?

Teen Vogue Wish

So my birthday was just a few days ago, August 24th. I didn't have anything special. Just dinner with friends on the 23rd and dinner with my family on the 24th. I turned 19, yes 19 I am young and I have done a lot of grown up things for my age... as far as work wise. I believe that you make it big when you start off young. My birthday made me realize that I will be 20 next year, no longer a teen. I feel that my teen years really tied me down to my true passion which is makeup artistry. Most people don't know what they want to do till their later college years. But I have found my passion.

I've been trying to get a hold of Teen Vogue in NYC to tell them my story and get me in their magazine. Yes, I guess I ruined my birthday wish..but to be in an issue would be amazing. I can't be in the magazine if I'm twenty. New goal of mine is to talk to a representative and get my story in the magazine. It won't be easy.. I've attempted many times, but now that I'm 19 I hope my wish comes true;)

Alexa Chung

I haven't heard of her before her show. She was a model in England before the Alexa Chung Show on MTV. I really do enjoy watching her interviews and jokes with other people, it shows that models do have personalities and are definitely not boring. She has an adorable style...very urban and fun. The photo up of her is by Adam Fedderly, and her face in this photo has hands down personality. Looks aren't everything, but if you have a certain corkyness to it, it makes you stand out.

Rachel Zoe

I think she is one of the most fabulous and most lucky ladies out there. Her job is to dress celebrities, whats not to like about that? Yes, it comes with a package of stress but to glam a person up..yet alone a celebrity may be one of the most exciting jobs out there. My mom saw her and her mother out in Boca a few months ago and was inspired to buy her book. I did read it and do think she has a huge sense of style. I can't wait to watch The Rachel Zoe Project 2 premiering on August 25th.

Rachel Zoe is having her accessory line out at the QVC fashion show in NYC next month. Her line will include jewelry, bags, sunglasses, scarves and some pricey other pieces.

New favorite site of mine? I think so. Perez Hilton not only blogs about celebrities and gossip, but now has a fashion blog. He pretty much knows whats in and whats out. Sources give him top information for the site and he's doing really well with it. Good for him!

Heather Talbert

I've worked some shoots with her and I honestly think she's an amazing photographer. Her photos are really soft yet edgy. I feel that her and I share the same taste in vision of photos and ideas.
I went to her apartment today to discuss creating my own professional makeup site, with the help of her husband Philipe. The site will take a little to work on, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will look awesome.

How funny

I didn't realize that some of the shoes I own were Jeffrey Campbell shoes, I buy them from a boutique in Boca and never really cared to look at the shoe brand. I find this really funny! I guess I knew about his shoes all along ;)

Lipstick

My favorite lipstick has always been a nude one. Smokey eyes and nude lips are smokin hot looks for going out. On the runway we use nude lips the most, well aside of the average red lipstick. The two go amazing with cat eyes. Those looks have been my favorite with a set of strip lashes.

I also love hot orange and hot pink lipstick. The colors scream out sexy! and rocking a color like that to the extreme shows that you are confident. Also, you can play down the look by putting a small amount on to the lips for a more natural look. Make Up For Ever has all of my favorite lip sticks, sorry other makeup companies..but as far as lipstick goes, they got what I like.

Finally new Bangs

I've been contemplating on growing out my bangs or cutting them, and decided I was going to cut them. I went to Salon Edge in Boca Raton and my friend did the job. I wanted a different look.. they're choppy on more funky straight bangs. They're a little bit shorter then asked for but hey they'll grow out before my birthday. Yay or Nay?

New Phone

Shes my new baby, the Blackberry Curve 8900! I had my Sidekick for a few years and wanted a more mature phone, so my parents got me a Blackberry for an early birthday present. This phone is suitable for any person, and is probably one of the greatest gifts I have ever got. Goodbye Sidekick LX, hello BB Curve 8900! (GPS included=])

I'm not going to lie, when I walk into Urban Outfitters I go straight for the sale racks. The clothes aren't that cheep there unfortunately! Can I just say that his shoes are perfect for shoe addicts like me! Many celebrities are spotted wearing his shoes from Kim Kardashian to Nicole Richie. His shoes are seen in many magazines world wide including Japan. Jeffrey Campbell's shoes have been out for nine years and my young mind just spotted them not long ago. Valentino Vintage Sunglasses

First off, who doesn't love Valentino? Especially their sunglasses! My grandma pulled a pair of sunglasses that she thought were too funky for her taste..she never wore them and I told her let me take a look! I put them on and fell in love! I wasn't sure if they were pricey until the next day I looked at the label and they were Vintage Valentinos!!

I am contemplating on selling the sunglasses and making serious cash or just keeping them ! A part of me doesn't want to let the glamorous pairs go but the other part of me is thinking..it would be pretty nice to make some extra cash!

Spontaneous

I've been having tons of spontaneous days out here in Manhattan. Last Friday my sister and I went to see Kings Of Leon perform on the Morning Show at Rockerfeller Center. At the same day, we met girls that were throwing an event for Sephora's second store opening..the event was having contests out in Time Square and we ended up seeing Taylor Momsen, "Little J" of Gossip Girl. I'll be posting the photos that I took of her as soon as I get back home. I leave on Monday!

Anyways, today my sister and I are heading off to the Late Night Show with Jimmy Fallon yet again. This time, Channing Tatum will be the guest star along with one of my favorite bands.. The Arctic Monkeys! NYC is fabulous, there is always something going on here!
